After payment clears, your order enters the courier queue and a UO Queen staff member meets your character at a player-named bank, runebook location, or house — usually within an hour during our 9 AM–1 AM ET support window, always within 24 hours otherwise. We deliver to all 23 official Broadsword shards, including Atlantic, Great Lakes, Pacific, Catskills, Lake Austin, Europa, Baja, Chesapeake, Drachenfels, Lake Superior, Legends, Napa Valley, Origin, and Sonoma. There is no third-party gold transfer, no email password hand-off, and no shipping fee — couriers trade hand-to-hand inside the game world the same way you'd trade with another player. Delivery character names are confirmed by live chat the moment your order is dispatched.

Every UO Queen item is in stock at the listed price, and if anything is wrong the chamberlain refunds or replaces it within 24 hours — no restocking fee, no support ticket queue. Prices are fixed at checkout and locked from the moment your payment clears, so currency-exchange shifts and shard market spikes never change what you paid. Items are inspected before dispatch: durability, mod stack, weight, and stack count are verified against the listing. If a courier delivers the wrong artifact, a missing modifier, or a damaged item, message live support in our 9 AM–1 AM ET window or via the contact form and a chamberlain will resolve it before you log off — with a same-shard replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, your call. PayPal and major cards are accepted, both processed through Stripe with full buyer protection.

Every UO Queen purchase earns 5% back as store credit, applied automatically to your account once the order is marked delivered — and the credit never expires. A $100 order returns $5 in credit; a $500 suit returns $25; a $1,000 multi-shard bulk order returns $50, plus an additional volume discount that scales up to 20% off list price on orders above $750. Referral payouts add another 10% in store credit each time a friend you referred completes their first order, with no cap on the number of referrals. Credit can be combined freely with cash on any future order — no minimum spend, no excluded categories, no expiration.
